Tàbata Restaurant.

Tàbata is a restaurant in Granollers, near Barcelona, that has been open for twelve years: Catalan home cooking, made to order. A local business with loyal regulars, but no visual identity of its own and no social presence. I have been working with them since October 2026, starting with the brand: knowing who they are before going out to tell anyone.
